What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Develop business plans aligned with assigned territory and strategically engage with customers and partners

Lead a virtual team to deliver sales wins and ensure customer success

Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, negotiations, and closing

Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through partners and end users

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role

Strong communication skills for discovery calls and customer engagement

Ability to analyze prospects' needs and qualify opportunities

Minimum of 50% business travel expected yearly

Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales‑related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in selling Identity Security solutions or similar technology

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Established relationships with key industry partners and influencers

Strong understanding of competitive landscape, particularly with Microsoft and Okta

Previous experience in a role requiring teamwork and collaboration across multiple departments
