CPR-Cell Phone Repair (formerly NH iPhone Repair) is looking for a full‑time Sales Rep & Repair Tech to join our Nashua team. We’re one of New Hampshire’s most trusted names in mobile device repair—with a team that actually sticks around, supports each other, and takes pride in what we do.

About Us At CPR-Cell Phone Repair, we’re a tight‑knit, locally owned business with four New Hampshire locations. We help customers solve problems every day—from broken screens to data loss to upgrades—and we do it with care, speed, and transparency.

Position Details

Location: Nashua, NH

Job Type: Full‑time

Hours: 36–42 per week

Compensation: $19.00–$25.00 per hour base, plus commission, bonuses, and signing bonus

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Sales: greet walk‑in customers, assess their needs, educate on repair options, pricing, accessories, and upgrades, upsell products like screen protectors, cases, and refurbished devices, build rapport, and ensure every customer feels confident in their repair or purchase.

Device Repair & Diagnostics: diagnose and complete repairs on phones, tablets, and more (training provided), handle everything from screen replacements and battery swaps to more advanced fixes, test all devices for quality control before and after repair, and stay up to date on the latest tech and repair tools.

Daily Operations: help manage inventory, restock parts, keep the store looking sharp, answer phone calls, texts, and emails to help customers get booked in, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements

Customer‑focused mindset: friendly, clear communicator, solution‑oriented.

Sales experience: retail or service sales is a plus but not required.

Tech interest: curiosity and willingness to learn.

Team player: dependable, upbeat, wants to grow with the crew.

Ability to oversee multiple areas of the operation and delegate, develop and maintain an efficient workflow, monitor trends in sales, repairs, warranties, and inventory.

Proficiency with POS systems, balancing cash register, and handling email inquiries.

Strong upselling and closing skills, understanding of warranties, and capacity to handle customer complaints.
