Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Grand Central Mall at Bath & Body Works. Seasonal position focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging store environment. Maintain store policies, procedures, and consistent brand messaging. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
