Provide professional, courteous service to customers Answer questions regarding policies Accept payments and process transactions Identify customer needs regarding policies Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Assist with marketing initiatives for new business Maintain a clean work area Vehicle inspections and taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required) Bank deposits Position is full-time Other duties as assigned Additional Information
