As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in managing customer relationships, producing timely quotes, and collaborating closely with internal teams. This position offers exposure to the manufacturing environment and is ideal for someone looking to grow with a stable, well-established company. You’ll work alongside a small, upbeat, professional team, providing solutions and support to customers through phone interactions. This role also offers the opportunity to work closely with both the customer service and engineering teams, sitting directly next to department leaders. Responsibilities
Communicate directly with customers by phone to understand needs and provide solutions Manage a shorter sales cycle, handling about eight quotes per month Accurately enter data, create quotes, generate order numbers, and coordinate with the customer service team to finalize orders Collaborate daily with internal teams, including customer service and engineering Support sales processes with a focus on accuracy, follow-up, and customer satisfaction Qualifications and Requirements
Previous inside sales or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Desire for long-term career growth and stability Exposure to or interest in working within a manufacturing environment is a plus
