What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
What is Required
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
Proficiency with MS Office, SalesForce/CRM technology, and telecommuting software
