Freight Sales Agents
to join our growing team. If you’re driven by building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals, you’ll thrive with us.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Prospect, cold call, and build relationships with shippers in industries like agriculture, construction, utilities, and retail.
Secure new freight accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability.
Customer Service & Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for shippers, ensuring their freight moves smoothly.
Provide load tracking, updates, and proactive communication.
Troubleshoot customer issues quickly and professionally.
Collaboration
Work closely with dispatchers and drivers to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries.
Partner with internal teams to match loads with available equipment (flatbeds, dumps, box trucks, reefers).
Qualifications
Proven success in freight sales, brokerage, or logistics business development (preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of load boards, TMS, and industry best practices.
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build your own book of business.
