Assist customers by reserving storage units that fit their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service during inbound calls
Connect effectively with customers over the phone
Maximize monthly commission through successful sales
Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve personal and team goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Willingness to work some weekends
