Overview
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Columbia Center at Bath & Body Works. The role supports the seasonal holiday period by delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping customers find the best products, and contributing to a positive, high-energy store environment. Base pay range: $17.66/hr - $17.66/hr Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and move products as needed to maintain store appearance and assist customers. Consistently provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to safety standards and expectations. Maintain company values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
