Overview
Direct-to-Consumer Medicare Sales Supervisor - Hybrid in Dublin, OH. UnitedHealthcare is hiring for a sales leader role in Dublin, OH. This position involves leading a telesales team responsible for enrolling consumer prospects into UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions plans. No license is required prior to starting; the company will pay for and provide support to obtain the required state licenses. Schedule will vary from 8am EST to 9pm EST. The role follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and requires residence in Dublin, Ohio or nearby for hybrid work flexibility. Responsibilities
Coach and motivate agents to achieve or exceed sales targets with a focus on quality and compliance. Supervise daily team activities by reviewing calls/reports, identifying opportunities, managing work assignments, and ensuring a positive consumer experience. Develop staff through one-on-one coaching, role plays, and team meetings. Deliver training and professional development opportunities for agents. Partner with peer leaders to foster a positive culture within the organization. Provide and receive constructive feedback with peer leadership. Coordinate department activities to ensure agents can sell with accuracy and efficiency. Identify compliance and quality improvements and initiate corrective actions. Collaborate on projects related to systems, processes, or inter-department initiatives. Participate in staff recruiting, selection, orientation, and training. Identify issues and training needs and maintain department processes. Perform other related duties to achieve goals and objectives. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher). State health insurance license is required; if not currently held, must be willing to obtain a company-sponsored license within 30 days of starting employment. 2+ years of experience in a sales, call center, or production environment. 2+ years of leadership experience in a production or call center environment. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Reside in or within commutable distance to Dublin, OH. Must currently be in a lead position. Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Active OH health insurance license. Medicare, managed care, insurance, or financial services industry experience. Telework eligibility with adherence to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation includes base pay plus incentive/bonus based on sales performance and team results. 23 days accrued Paid Time Off during the first year, plus 8 paid holidays.
