Licensed Specialty Sales Representative at Hawx Smart Pest Control. This role focuses on sales of specialty pest control services and the ability to generate leads through networking, referrals, and the Sales Appointment Setter program. Adhere to KPIs around lead appointments, close rates, sales quota, sold to service, and customer experience Respond promptly to leads, follow up effectively, and process sales through various handheld and technology-enabled systems Understand and clearly communicate Hawx pest control treatments and protocols for residential and commercial customers Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb stairs and ladders as needed to perform high-quality inspections Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues Record work activities and complete all paperwork after inspections and proposals Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, gas card, and other job-related items Address and alleviate customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies during the sales process Follow up on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications & Requirements
