German speaking Customer Success Account Manager Mercier Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic German‑speaking Customer Success Account Managers to join our rapidly growing software company in Greece. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients and ensure they derive maximum value from our innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for German‑speaking clients, fostering trust and rapport

Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring comprehensive training and support

Proactively identify and resolve client issues, enhancing their experience with our software

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and monitor progress to ensure effective communication

Collaborate with clients to create customized strategies that align our products with their business goals

Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous product improvement

Work with internal teams to address any technical or operational concerns impacting client satisfaction

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written

Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technical understanding of software solutions and the ability to convey complex ideas simply

Strong problem‑solving abilities with a client‑centric approach

Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage

Willingness to relocate to Greece and thrive in a diverse work environment
