As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions. Your expertise in client management will help foster strong relationships and drive customer success.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, overseeing their account and providing tailored support.
Develop deep knowledge of our software solutions and guide clients to leverage them for optimal results.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience.
Analyze customer feedback and metrics to report on account health and success.
Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in the software industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
