Job Title Account Manager – Entry Level

Responsibilities

Receive and process quotes, orders, pricing, availability and shipping costs.

Communicate with customers and process RFQs, POs, returns and order follow‑ups.

Negotiate prices and discounts with customers for potential orders.

Effectively communicate with internal departments and the outside sales team regarding quoting, reports and product availability.

Recommend products and services that best fit customer needs.

Accurately enter purchase orders (contracts) ensuring compliance with terms, quality and customer requirements.

Maintain export licensing with international customers and understand import/export processes and customs brokers.

Review purchase orders against quotations to validate order specifics and enter sales orders in a timely manner.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

2–3 years of inside sales experience in the aerospace industry preferred.

Proficiency in Quantum is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Track record of achievement and goal‑oriented mindset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.

Strong work ethic, confidentiality, and ability to work within a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.

Special Requirements

U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status required.

ITAR compliance necessary; some positions may require current U.S. citizenship due to contract requirements.

Must provide documentation to verify U.S. person status under ITAR and EAR.
