Associate Account Manager — Advanced Wound Biotissue Life Unlimited. At Smith Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. The Associate Account Manager, Biotissue is responsible for supporting a local Account Manager as they promote key brands Grafix, Stravix and other products for wound injuries across patients. This is a developmental role that offers opportunities to contribute to patient support and to grow toward increased autonomy and leadership responsibilities in handling business cases. What will you be doing?

Support Account Manager(s) to address the business needs and goals within the district or region, promoting Grafix and Stravix within acute care facilities Coordinate availability of products for hospital outpatient departments using strong organizational skills Provide in-services to appropriate personnel and educate end users on the clinical benefits of products Deliver sales presentations and product lunches and dinners to key customers and customer groups Penetrate and maneuver through target accounts What will you need to be successful?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Documented success in B2B sales; medical sales experience preferred Willingness and ability to relocate within the territory or region to accommodate business needs when an open territory becomes available All field sales professionals entering healthcare facilities must successfully complete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID-19 vaccine management Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $65,000 – $75,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will be based on factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical to be hired at the high end of the range for this role at Smith Nephew. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on targets. The commission earned depends on performance.
