What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop, maintain, and enhance training content for sales teams to improve product understanding and competitive knowledge

Support the execution of training programs related to Product, Pricing, and Competitive strategies to increase sales effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate and aligned with business objectives

Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, providing insights for optimization

Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, simplifying complex product topics for better retention

What is Required (Qualifications)

Fluent in business-level English, both written and spoken

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fully remote work environment

At least 1 year of experience in sales enablement or a related customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in creating or maintaining training content such as product guides or e-learning modules

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with modern enablement and learning platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad, Docebo)

Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex topics clearly
