Develop and enhance training content to ensure sales teams possess strong product knowledge and pricing confidence Support the execution of training programs related to Product, Pricing, Packaging, and Competitiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate and timely Analyze and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, identifying areas for improvement Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions that simplify complex concepts for sales teams What is Required (Qualifications):

Fluent in business-level English, both written and spoken At least 1 year of experience in a fully remote work environment Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS setting Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in creating or maintaining training content such as product guides or e-learning modules How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with modern enablement and learning platforms such as Highspot or Gong Ability to analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations Prior experience in a fast-paced B2B environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
