As the Reverse Mortgage Manager, I’m personally looking to grow our origination team with individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and want to be part of something bigger. What You’ll Do
Originate residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, VA, reverse mortgages, and non-QM products
Manage the full loan process from application to close with the support of our in-house operations team
Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships (realtors, brokers, financial advisors)
Educate borrowers and ensure a smooth, transparent client experience
Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Who We’re Looking For
Licensed MLO with NMLS credentials (required)
1+ year of mortgage origination experience preferred (open to ambitious newcomers)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through
Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
