What you’ll bring

Completed studies in economics, business, education, or a related field

4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or public‑sector solutions

Proven success in managing key accounts and/or complex public‑sector relationships

Experience in tender processes (public procurement) preferred

Teaching or broader education‑sector background is a strong plus

Confident use of CRM systems (Salesforce)

Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills

High IT affinity and the ability to translate technical solutions into educational value

Deep understanding of public‑sector decision‑making processes

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities

Excellent stakeholder communication – from school leaders to cantonal IT boards

Self‑motivated, structured, and goal‑oriented working style

Fluent German (C2); Swiss German and/or English are a plus

Willingness to travel within Switzerland

Where you’ll be This role is based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Our Swiss team works on‑site two to three days per week and remotely on the other days.

What you’ll do Strategic (50%)

Identify, approach, and win new cantonal partnerships

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with decision‑makers in the public sector

Lead or co‑lead tender processes in close collaboration with the Bid/Tender Team

Conceptualise tailored IT solutions together with internal and external stakeholders

Represent Pupil at events, fairs, and strategic meetings

Negotiate framework agreements and prepare proposals for strategic customers

Operational (50%)

Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and structured account plans

Identify and execute up‑and cross‑selling opportunities

Support customer onboarding and rollout phases

Ensure accurate and complete documentation in Salesforce

Provide structured field feedback to continuously improve product and process quality
