Role Description
THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION ONLY POSITION This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing professional at Sims Commercial Real Estate Inc. The role includes tasks such as prospecting new clients, conducting property showings, negotiating leases, and managing client relationships. The position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and competitive industry environment. We are looking for specific specializations in Multifamily, Retail, Hospitality and Triple Net Lease. If you are currently working in our area and want to grow your book of business, we have systems and models that will get you there. Qualifications
Sales and Real Property knowledge Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field Proficiency in relevant software and technology Seniority level
