Overview
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Northeast Region at Risk Strategies Company. The Client Account Coordinator supports Account Managers by helping ensure client satisfaction through timely communication, project tracking, and administrative support. This role is responsible for investigating, analyzing, client-specific problems. Works closely with client experience, project management, IT, and sales teams to create professional, accurate, consistent documentation. The Client Account Coordinator must uphold high standards of quality and consistency across all deliverables, maintaining accountability for excellence in execution. This position is a full-time, local hybrid role in our Grapevine Texas office. Your Impact
Managing changes in school deliverables from year to year for assigned schools. Provide Quality assurance for client deliverables, both online and print. Quality check on websites to ensure that websites match school website information and appropriate links. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and CAMs, assisting in day-to-day account communication. Maintain daily reporting and tracking for communication and documentation. Support billing and invoicing processes as needed. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with CAMs to clarify specific requirements regarding their client needs. Post Season clean-up, which consists of lessons learned, root cause analysis and updating documentation as needed. Successful Candidate Will Have
Bachelor’s degree, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years in a client-facing or administrative role 3-5 years of education industry experience preferred Background in health insurance a plus PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook SharePoint, Zendesk and Smartsheet experience preferred but not required
