About the Program Our Account Manager in Training program is designed for recent graduates or early‑career sales professionals. You will master the full sales‑production cycle, manage client relationships, and collaborate closely with the sales support team. After a two‑year training period with a salary, compensation transitions to a commission structure.

Responsibilities

Engage current clients and pursue new business development

Maintain client relationships and build a client network

Collaborate with the sales support team (project manager, account coordinator) on vendor communication, timelines, deliverables, and production status reviews

Participate in mentorship and training around new business development and client growth

Qualifications

Recent graduate or at least one year of sales experience

Confidence, intelligence, resourcefulness and a creative drive

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and organizational skills
