Job description for a Sales Advisor focused on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store, and actively selling products while maintaining a clean and well-presented sales floor and back of house. The role emphasizes fashion knowledge, customer engagement, and collaboration with the store team to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products effectively Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Assist with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets in collaboration with store management Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development

Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and role-relevant trainings and courses Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Assist with garment presentation, execution and maintaining attractive merchandise displays aligned with brand guidelines Maintain good stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Follow in-store OMNI services and in-store tech services/tools usage (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing of the store Adhere to all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
