Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with brokerage partners, ensuring precise onboarding and ongoing support while staying adaptable to evolving client needs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs and challenges.
Collaborate seamlessly with sales and underwriting teams to deliver superior service, quickly adjusting priorities as needed to meet shifting demands.
Provide regular updates and feedback from clients and broker partners to internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.
Communicate with clients about risk mitigation opportunities.
Address and resolve client concerns with urgency, maintaining a solutions-focused mindset that emphasizes efficiency and customer care.
Lead regular client and broker partner review meetings to discuss performance metrics, strategic goals, and program feedback, and drive ongoing improvements through a collaborative, forward-looking approach.
Qualifications
Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days per week) in our Madison, WI office.
Experience in insurance and working with brokers and insureds.
Track record of managing high-profile accounts.
Excel at cultivating strong, positive relationships through proactive communication, empathy, and a deep understanding of client goals.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach that ensures every client interaction—whether onboarding or troubleshooting—is handled with precision.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in dynamic, ever-changing environments and show readiness to pivot as client needs and priorities shift.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed, drawing on strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
Experience with Salesforce.
Maintain clear, consistent documentation across all customer touch points.
Experience in property and casualty or commercial lines insurance would be beneficial.
Compensation
Base salary and annual bonus commensurate with experience.
