Responsibilities
Marketing Audits:
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their needs and diagnose the best marketing solutions for their business. Sales and Plan Development:
Sell tailored marketing plans to clients, ensuring the solution fits their unique needs and objectives. Account Management:
Handle contracts, payments, renewals, and upselling of additional services to ensure clients have everything they need and are satisfied with their marketing strategies. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clients receive ongoing support and have everything they need for success. Proposal Creation:
Develop and send detailed proposals to clients, outlining the recommended marketing solutions and pricing. Sales Calls:
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, pitching services and setting up consultations. CRM Management:
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track client activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on key performance metrics. Market Insight:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Account Management:
Manage the sales process from scheduling and closing deals to providing ongoing client support, ensuring clients are satisfied and have what they need for success. Collaboration:
Communicate with both our internal operations team and clients to ensure client needs are clearly understood and the right actions are taken. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a history of exceeding sales targets (e.g., $20,000+ per month). Industry Expertise: Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or related fields, focusing on high-value, solution-based products or services. Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and account management skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly. CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Motivated and Results-Driven: A proactive individual thriving in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
