Account Manager

to join its team in

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in managing and expanding key client relationships post-onboarding, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform while identifying new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day support needs and strengthening long-term relationships. Drive client growth by identifying opportunities to expand product usage and increase account revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Develop and execute tailored account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders, aligning with clients’ evolving business needs. Leverage data to monitor account performance, address challenges proactively, and inform strategic conversations with clients. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including business development, product, finance, and marketing - to deliver a seamless and value-driven customer experience. Requirements of the Account Manager: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services. Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, international transaction flows, and enterprise payment platforms. Proven ability to grow and retain accounts while providing exceptional client service. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities. The firm are offering up to $145000 on the base for the right candidate, alongside an attractive wider benefits package.
