Overview
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - YORKTOWN CENTER at Bath & Body Works. This is a seasonal, part-time role starting during the holiday season. The base pay range is $16.00/hr. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift 10 pounds. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store experience by adhering to safety standards. Maintain company values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations. Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
