Controls Specialist
LOCATION:
Townson, MD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prior experience as a Controls Specialist/Programmer or similar position Program custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries Communicate effectively with technicians and PMs in the field Create controls databases from scratch Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet, LON, or LonBus Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems Manage programs from start to finish and ensure they cover all requirements Responsible for startups and commissioning on BAS Systems Understanding of creating graphics Acute knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within controls
