POSITION:
Controls Specialist/Programmer
LOCATION:
Portland, ME
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prior experience as a Controls Specialist/Programmer or similar position
Program custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries
Responsible for startups and commissioning on BAS Systems
Communicate effectively with technicians and PMs in the fieldli>
Create controls databases from scratch
Lead project implementations
Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems
Manage programs from start to finish and ensure they cover all requirements
Understanding of graphical programs such as Tridium front ends
Acute knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within controls
