Controls Programmer (w/25% Travel) Denver, CO - BAS Controls Contractor with Government Work

LOCATION Lakewood, CO

QUALIFICATIONS

Mid-Junior to Senior level w/ relevant schooling/training & 3-5+ years of industry experience

Tridium AX/N4 Certified

Competency in Networking TCP/IP, MSTP protocols, within Modbus, LON and BACnet applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team player and self-motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program and configure custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries

Strong understanding of programming, startup, and commissioning

Ability to perform preventative & predictive maintenance on BAS systems

Create controls databases from scratch

Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet and Modbus

Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems

Ability to analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS Controls

Create BAS system graphics

Manage and oversee BAS/BMS via in-office computers

Ability to repair and replace all parts associated to the BAS/BMS
