Job Description As a Receiving Specialist you will manage the store’s backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and processing weekly pallets. You will also handle damaged or defective products, reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team, and work closely with management to maintain sufficient stock levels, proper merchandising, and accurate signage.
What to Expect
Create an outstanding shopping experience by maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper placement and display of merchandise, and completing price updates.
Maintain store presentation and housekeeping to company standards, including the backroom and workstations.
Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and advertising set forth by the Marketing Team.
Use the planogram as a guide while encouraging creativity and new ideas for merchandise display.
Participate in wellness, safety, and inclusion initiatives through workshops, classes, and employee resource groups.
Earn commission if scheduled to help with sales while receiving a fair hourly base rate.

Qualifications
Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
Ability to work a retail schedule, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash.
Self‑starter mentality with a strong attention to detail.
Eager to learn and become part of the riding community.
Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest is a plus but not required.
