Team is looking for an experienced
Flooring Installer
with a strong background in
carpet installation
to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, is reliable, and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Measure and prepare surfaces for carpet installation Install carpet using appropriate tools and techniques Remove old flooring when necessary Trim carpet to fit spaces using tools like carpet knives, stretchers, and tack strips Ensure proper padding and seam placement Clean work areas and ensure a tidy finish Communicate with customers and team members professionally Assist the mitigation team as needed Qualifications: Proven experience installing carpet (minimum 4 years) Familiar with all types of carpet and installation methods Ability to lift heavy materials and kneel for extended periods Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and communication skills Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
