Flooring Installer/Helper

Flooring Installer/Helper We are seeking a reliable Flooring Installer/Helper to install all types of flooring including carpet, tile, hardwood, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate can read a tape measure, use power tools, lift up to 75 lbs, and perform physical labor. No flooring experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

Install various flooring materials according to company standards and client specifications.

Measure and cut flooring components accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools.

Operate power tools and hand tools safely to finish installation jobs.

Assist team members with material handling and site preparation.

Qualifications

Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Clean criminal background and successful completion of drug tests.

Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform bench work.

Full-time availability and reliable attendance.
