$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Employee Benefits Account Representative - Hybrid - Woodland Hills, CA A reputable independent insurance agency with over three decades in the business seeks a passionate Employee Benefits Account Representative to join its collaborative team. Priding themselves on fostering a positive client experience, valuing employee well-being through flexible scheduling, and actively participating in the community. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Account Managers Ensure policies are accurate and compliant with the coverage requirements Assist clients with enrollment and provide accurate information regarding benefits Handle inbound calls from clients, assist with benefit plans, process enrollments, etc. Utilize agency management software to document all activity What we need from you: 2-3+ years of employee benefits experience in a brokerage/insurance setting Active CA Life & Health Insurance License Benefit Point and Ease experience is a plus! Strong knowledge of employee benefits Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
