What You'll Be Doing
Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to job sites.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure quality service.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete required documentation.
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational policies.
What Are We Looking For
Valid CDL and ability to meet DOT driving requirements.
Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment.
