Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to job sites.* Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.* Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure quality service.* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete required documentation.* Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational policies.**What Are We Looking For*** Valid CDL and ability to meet DOT driving requirements.* Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.* Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.* Effective communication and teamwork skills.* Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment**What We Offer*** $26.93 to $28.93 per hour* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
