Body Shop Helper
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Helper to join our team. As a Body Shop Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the repair and maintenance of vehicles in our body shop. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of vehicles for repair, including disassembly and cleaning
Assist in the repair and replacement of damaged parts
Sand and prepare surfaces for painting
Assist in the painting and finishing of repaired vehicles
Clean and maintain the work area and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a body shop or automotive repair environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
