Translate structural and architectural drawings into 3D steel models and shop drawings
Learn and use Tekla Structures to create fabrication‑ready documents
Solve constructability issues before they reach the field

Help deliver real projects on short timelines
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related design field
Basic experience or familiarity with CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.)
Comfortable interpreting construction documents or blueprints
Willingness to learn Tekla Structures software
Detail‑oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to relocate to Kingsport, TN within 8 weeks
