What You’ll Do
Identify and source off-market acquisition opportunities across the Tri-State Area
Build sophisticated financial models and projections in Excel
Conduct market research, analyze comps, and prepare investment memos
Support deal structuring, underwriting, and negotiation strategy
Interface directly with brokers, sellers, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, capital markets, or private equity
Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills
A self-starter with strong commercial instincts and attention to detail
Solid understanding of real estate finance, valuations, and deal underwriting
Strong interpersonal skills and a bias for action
