Job Overview
ProLift Garage Doors of Johnson County, KS is seeking an ambitious Sales and Service Technician to join our organization. The Sales and Service Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customers' garage doors, as well as quoting, selling, and taking payment for our products and services. This performance driven position will help us maintain our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The right candidate will be mechanically and technically proficient and possess the interpersonal skills to thrive in a sales/customer‑service focused position.
Responsibilities
Install/ Repair/ Replace residential garage doors and garage door openers
Offer/sell related services and products
Manage inventory on the service vehicle
Adhere to all codes, regulations, and safety standards
Drive a company service vehicle
Availability may include evenings and Saturday
Job Requirements
Preferred but not required 2 years garage door system repair and new garage door installation experience
Strong sales and customer relations background
Ability to analyze every customer's garage door system and offer recommendations on services and products
Commitment to providing customers with an excellent service experience
High school education or GED
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Background check and drug screen (condition of employment)
Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive uncapped commission. First year on‑target compensation of $45,000 – $75,000.
Benefits: Company provided truck and phone.
Employment Type Full‑time.
