Immigration Paralegal (Bilingual- English/Spanish)
Job Location: Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid, 2 days per week in Office, 3 days per week Remote) Job Description: Our Los Angeles office provides legal services to union workers and is seeking a bilingual(English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have at least two (2) years of experience in preparing USCIS family-based affirmativeimmigration filings, including consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, andothers. Responsibilities: Prepare USCIS family-based affirmative immigration filings, including consularprocessing, adjustment of status, naturalization, and others. Perform document review and analysis. Communicate with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Manage caseload effectively and efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases. Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents. Requirements: At least two (2) years of experience in preparing USCIS family-based affirmativeimmigration filings. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Strong Spanish language skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
