Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator who has experience in operating a CNC Press Brake. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining our brake press machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications.

Schedule Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm, with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Essential Functions

Set up, program and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings and product requirements

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety

Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and product quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

Must be able to work Monday-Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm; To meet the needs of the customer’s occasional overtime may be required. The company will try and give as much notice as possible

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 3+ years set-up, programming and operating a CNC press brake experience.

Bonus if you have experience with Amada® or Safan Darley® equipment

Solid background working with sheet metal

Knowledge of press brake tooling and tool maintenance

Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Proven measurement and mathematical fraction/decimal and metric conversion skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

Ability to distinguish material types including aluminum, steel and stainless steel
