Community Market Volunteer & Shopper Ambassador

Volunteers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays assist with the in-market shopping experience as shopping ambassadors, unloading distribution trucks, stocking shelves and bagging customer items.

Empowering the Masses is a Christian, faith-based organization that aims to use our model of Education + Advocacy = Empowerment in order to provide the resources that allow communities to be self-sustaining. We are currently accepting volunteers for our community market and drive-thru food pantry located at 3220 Samuell Blvd. Dallas, TX 75223.
What to Wear
Please dress comfortably and wear closed-toed shoes (non-slip if possible). Please dress for the weather and cooler temperatures. There isn't any room for personal items, so please pack sparingly.

Our success relies not only on our expertise but also on our willingness to adapt and support each other. We are all a team, and we speak to each other with love, kindness, and compassion.
Parking
Please aim to arrive at the start of your respective shift.
Park at the rear section of our Community Market parking lot or around our drive-through area.
As parking space is limited, I encourage carpooling whenever feasible. Samuell Grand Park also has public parking for overflow and later arrivals.
