Responsibilities
Communicate clearly with customers and staff regarding parts availability, order status, and recommendations
Understand and interpret parts catalogs and diagrams to accurately identify required components
Answer phone calls, providing pricing and offer technical assistance as needed
Pull parts and deliver to technicians when needed
Maintain an organized, efficient parts area
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
A genuine desire to assist customers and provide outstanding service
Strong work ethic with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude
Ability to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Strong computer skills and experience with parts management systems
Solid understanding of automotive components and systems
