ALMG Hospitality has been leading the LA Korea-town’s culinary scene with unique F&B concepts since 2012. Pop-up brands ‘Oppa Juicery’ and ‘Milk Tavern’ were sensational hits featured and aired nationwide on NBC Today Show, Food Network, Travel Channel, and many more. Proudly one of the best localizer of K-food content in the United States - successfully opening Korea’s most loved street food franchise ‘Yup Dduk’ in multiple locations in SoCal since 2015, and our own Korean breakfast sando ‘Egg Tuck’, and Korea’s favorite dessert bread concept ‘Calic Bread’ spreading nationwide. [Responsibilities] Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of ALMGHospitality.com/operations. Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties. Understand and comply with standards, policies, and procedures. Uses the Standard Recipe Card for preparing all products; does not rely on the memory of oneself or others. Measure, wash, peel, cut, grind, and mix ingredients to prepare for cooking or serving. Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage. Place food trays over food warmers for immediate service. Promptly inform supervisors when equipment is not working properly and when food and supplies are getting low, and order needed items. Clean and sanitize workstation area and all kitchen equipment. Wash and clean tableware, dishes, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area with vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Keep records of the quantities of food used. Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas, such as refrigerators and freezers. Complete opening and closing checklists and assist others in opening and closing the kitchen. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement. Assist in training new fellow employees according to up-to-date training manual. [Qualifications] At least 2 years of experience in restaurant kitchen service Strong communication skills and work ethic Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team Standing and walking during entire shift Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Competitive Wages Paid Vacations Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Silver Base Plan) 401(k) Matching up to 5% All Major Holidays Observed Employee Meals provided Flexible Schedule for Restaurant positions Career Growth Opportunity within Hospitality Industry
