We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be the face of our retail store, assisting customers with their automotive needs. Previous automotive knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential.
What You Will Be Doing
Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone.
Support team members with product knowledge and customer service.
Provide excellent customer care and create positive shopping experiences.
Engage with customers using technology and maintain store operations.
Ideal Candidate
Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and automotive questions.
Have experience in automotive or related tinkering/repair activities.
Willing to learn automotive knowledge if not already known.

Requirements
Valid Driver’s License.
Experience in automotive or parts store preferred, but not mandatory.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Customer-centric attitude.
ASE Certifications are a plus.
