The Federal Savings Bank is hiring an entry-level inside sales professional to develop as a Junior Mortgage Banker for our Scottsdale, AZ sales team. We seek enthusiastic individuals ready to elevate their sales career. This position is full-time with paid, on-the-job training, an annual salary, and a monthly bonus! It is a fully in-office role. All applicants must be able to commute to our Scottsdale office.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a dialer to make outbound calls to warm leads.

Support a top-producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow-up.

Learn and apply sales techniques through hands-on coaching from our industry-leading training team.

Manage leads in our CRM system.

Provide excellent customer service to bankers, clients, and referral sources.

Exceed borrower expectations by delivering exceptional service.

Follow the training plan and progress to a mortgage banker role.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

At least 1 year of experience in sales, call centers, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries is a plus.

Must reside in Scottsdale, AZ, with the ability to commute daily.

Comfortable working on a computer while on the phone.

Friendly, outgoing personality with high sales aptitude.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong work ethic and dependability.

Self-motivated with leadership qualities.

Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
