We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to success. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need to make money out of desperation Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads Agents who require hand-holding at every step Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month) Uncoachable individuals with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well and effectively Agents comfortable with high premium policies (average over $250/month) Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, serving clients across the US. Average agents invest $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
