High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring
We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need immediate income due to desperation Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month) Uncoachable individuals with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who can speak effectively Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month) Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA). We do not focus on traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom meetings. Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
