High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held. Who We Are NOT Looking For: Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate. Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales. Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way. Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month). People who are NOT coachable and have a large ego. Who We ARE Looking For: Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month. Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing extra motivation. Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do NOT sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-quality agents.
